Rental Policies

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require valid payment via our secure online checkout.
  • Pricing is calculated based on the daily rate plus any applicable fees.
  • A full price breakdown is provided before checkout.

Security Deposit

  • A security deposit of $150 is required.
  • The deposit is a hold on your card, not a charge. It is released after vehicle return.
  • The deposit may be partially or fully captured if there is vehicle damage.

Cancellation

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental start time for a full refund.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Driver Requirements

  • Drivers must be at least 21.
  • A valid driver's license is required and must be verified before vehicle pickup.
  • You can upload your license during or after booking.

Rental Agreement

  • A rental agreement must be signed electronically before vehicle pickup.
  • The agreement will be provided after booking confirmation.

Vehicle Care

  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Renters are responsible for any damage during the rental period.
  • Smoking and pets may not be permitted — please ask at pickup.
